Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical activity with breathing exercises and relaxation methods. It is also a philosophical system that helps to live in peace with oneself and with the others.

You cannot learn that in theory. These qualities can be gained only in practice, by creating new patterns in your body and in your mind.
How do the classes look like?
I design classes to move your body and calm your mind all at the same time. We will be doing simple, but effective asanas (yoga poses), breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Each class is a chance to strengthen your body and deepen the connection with yourself. The classes will be adjusted to your specific needs.
You don’t need to have any previous experience or feel good to show up. The goal is to come as you are and experience how your mind settles, as you move consciously.
I create sequences based on Sri Sri Yoga (one of the milder types of yoga), but I use elements of many different movement arts, like Qi gong or intuitive dance. In each class I also implement breath work and meditation or other relaxation methods.

My name is Paulina Wota and I help women find their own path to health and wellbeing.
I am a physiotherapist, Sri Sri Yoga teacher, Ayurveda practitioner, massage therapist and a mom of beautiful little boy, Joshua.
My mission is to help women reconnect and feel good in their body. To achieve that I use both Eastern wisdom and a modern knowledge about movement, nutrition and conscious living.
Thanks to my physiotherapeutic background, variety of completed courses and many years of my own practice, you can be sure that my classes will be effective and safe.
